§1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website operating under the domain www.guma.pl. The domain www.gumotiv.pl serves solely as a technical redirection to the guma.pl domain and does not constitute a separate website. The Website has an informational and business (B2B) character.

§3. Scope of electronic services
Through the Website, the Administrator enables:
- browsing informational content,
- submitting requests for quotation (RFQ),
- contacting the Administrator,
- applying for job offers.
§4. Rules for using forms
The use of forms is voluntary. The User undertakes to provide data that are true, accurate and complete. It is prohibited to provide unlawful content or content infringing the rights of third parties.
§5. Requests for quotation and non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
Requests for quotation submitted via the Website may contain information constituting trade secrets, as well as commercial, technical or organisational information. Upon submitting a request for quotation via the RFQ form, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is concluded between the User and the Administrator, the content of which is made available to the User prior to submitting the form.
The Administrator undertakes to keep all information provided in the request confidential and to use it exclusively for the purpose of analysing the request, preparing an offer or establishing cooperation.
The confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that:
- is publicly available,
- has been disclosed in accordance with applicable provisions of law,
- has been provided without being marked as confidential.
§6. Liability
The Administrator makes due efforts to ensure that the Website operates properly. The Administrator shall not be liable for technical interruptions or for the consequences of using the Website in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
§7. Intellectual property
All content published on the Website is subject to legal protection and may not be used without the consent of the Administrator.
§8. Personal data

§9. Final provisions
The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is available on the Website.
