Corrugated pipe seals

Corrugated pipe gaskets manufactured by GUMOTIV are based on individual designs made specifically for the pipe systems used by our customers.

Based on the dimensions of pipes and bells received from the customer, our design department will propose the appropriate shape of the gasket and manufacturing technology. A prototype as well as functionality tests precede the launch of the project.

We make gaskets from rubber compounds based on EPDM rubber, in hardness classes of 40, 50 and 60 'IRHD, in accordance with the current EN 681-1 WCL standard and the KIWA KOMO BRL 2013 certificate.

We offer injection moulded gaskets for corrugated pipes made up to 1000 mm in diameter. Larger diameters are obtained by vulcanizing extruded rubber profiles.

Gaskets for corrugated pipes are made individually based on specifications from the customer. For the purpose of selecting the cross section and diameter of the gasket, please send us the dimensions of the pipe bell and corrugation in DWG format or the basic dimensions based on the above drawing (dimensions D1, D2, D3) including the tolerance chain.
